1. Service Overview
Post A Gig is a for-profit service of Shining Light Capital LLC.
2. What We Sell
Rank is the bid. The bid is the sum of succeeded payments on that listing. Anyone may pay to increase a listing’s bid. Payments are not donations and are not tax-deductible. We sell advertising, not job placement.
3. Payments and Receipts
Receipts show POSTAGIG.
4. No Guarantee of Applicants
A chargeback because you did not get applicants is invalid.
5. Your Listings and Conduct
Your listings must comply with applicable laws and our community guidelines. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these policies.
6. Accounts and Checkout
When checkout is connected, paying requires agreement to these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Post A Gig is the property of Shining Light Capital LLC and is protected by copyright laws.
8. Disclaimers
Post A Gig makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of information provided.
9. Limitation of Liability
Shining Light Capital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Post A Gig.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shining Light Capital LLC from any claims arising from your use of the service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
